What if I told you that there is a P4 QB that won 10 games this year finished with 24 Passing TDs, and a 84.5 QBR (7th in the country)
Oh and he also ran for 830 yards and 10 TDs.
PLUS, he just dealt with his coach leaving him?
Devon Dampier ladies and gentlemen. Utah QB. Watch the tape, this guy could be special with Lane. Very similar build to Chambliss

I think if we miss on Leavitt, don't believe we do but if it happens we will see a few more QB's enter the portal next week.

It’s likely we have had some sort of talks / testing waters with names not yet officially entered in the portal.
That said, whether or not we land Leavitt is the most significant inflection point of this cycle at the moment.

2 top 50 NFL tackles usually makes for nice pockets.
Dampier would be a great addition but it's always tougher to get guys when they haven't even entered the portal. I'm sure we would try, though.

He is a poor man's Chambliss IMO. The Elon QB Clark looks better to me than Dampier.
