I actually think Pete can be a pretty good HC. He’s a white board wizard and can get his guys fired up. Pete’s problem was always expecting 18-20 year olds to see things how he saw them. He couldn’t dumb it down enough to really teach it. X and O wise, Pete is a genius. Now that he’s in a position to manage the gameplan instead of being a main hands on teacher and play caller, I think that suits his coaching skillset very well
