Can you pursue your own players that entered the portal?

We have some good players in the portal. We could really use a QB and Colin Hurley and MVB (especially MVB) might be solid pickups, especially with what is left in the portal at QB.

MVB signed with USF or UCF I can’t remember
Hurley can definitely be recruited back, as a backup, and might be. I don’t see where he signs that he starts. Especially anywhere big. But maybe he doesn’t mind a small school where he can play.
