I don't know for sure but given the large number of cops already on the scene I would say probably.

Normally, true. But this wasn't some old lady who was just trying to get to the bingo hall, and got scared.
This guy went out rented a uhaul, put counter protest signs on it, and did this on purpose. That's felony assault to attempted murder, brutha.
And those Iranians have some #s in LA, so I'm sure the pressure will be added.
