Been wondering the same. AWFULLY quiet. I think he's probably licking his wounds. Who knows if he is planning on a comeback.

I'll hand it to the guy for rolling the dice on LSU. Took a lot of guts to leave his ND safe-space. He rolled the dice and lost. Blame it on whomever you like but he crapped out. Still respect him for playing the game but it was just too big for him. He found his ceiling.

I do wonder if Kelly came to LSU 10 years earlier how he would’ve done. I think maybe in a different era when he was actually engaged, he may have done well here. Ultimately, this thing was dead in the water the day he decided to coast and no longer get after it.

I doubt he coaches again. He didn't seem very interested in doing it any longer at LSU.

Pretty sure he needs to seek employment as part of his contract. Not sure if that means he will coach or not.

If he didn't know that he fricked up taking this job by the end of 2022, he definitely knew it by the end of 2023.

Still, for the $54 million buyout, I hope we took his soul. I don't ever want him to coach again. I want him to be remembered as a failure who never recovered.

No man. He left ND for a raise and guaranteed contract. There was no risk to him at all.

He’ll get paid $10mil a year for the term of the contract.

Might not be LSU paying it out. Might be LSU. But SOMEBODY will pay him.
