This is what I came up with. Did I miss anyone?

Dana Bible - LSU, Texas A&M, and Texas.
Gerry DiNardo - Vanderbilt and LSU.
Nick Saban - LSU and Alabama.
Lane Kiffin - Tennessee, Ole Miss, and LSU.
Bear Bryant - Texas A&M and Alabama.
Dennis Franchione - Alabama and Texas A&M.
Tommy Tuberville - Ole Miss and Auburn.
Hugh Freeze - Ole Miss and Auburn.

You forgot Kentucky, but technically Bear Bryant did, in fact, coach at only two SEC schools: Alabama and Kentucky.

You can’t include any coach whose team wasn’t a member of the SEC at the time he was there.
