Why are we creating a system where 18 year olds need to compete with 23 year olds. Pretty ridiculous.

College coaches voted on this; it was about half of them. It still needs to be put before the rules committee, and they have to vote for the change.
It would be basically saying they have 5 years of eligibility, so they should probably move it 6 to play 5.
