Does Officer Sanchez receive special training that allows her to text and drive and not be distracted?

Is it stated somewhere they they are exempt?

If not, then chase them down and conduct a citizen's arrest.

Back in the early part of last year I watched from the right lane coming up to a light as a cop ran into the back of a a Honda Accord. It pushed the car and the woman driving it out into the intersection where its front end got clipped by a truck and spun around.

Two or three of us around pulled off and got out. The first words out of the cop's mouth were, "I'm sorry I was trying to do something on my computer." Me and this box truck driver just looked at each other and shook our heads. The woman was okay, but shook up.

Same reason they can write you a ticket for dark tint while sitting in a police car with windows 10x darker than yours.

Why do we allow policemen, firemen, or paramedics to exceed the speed limit and run red lights?

How about breaking the speed limit. You want to give a citizen's citation?

Someone should tell Derek Chauvin. He’s serving a life sentence after a felon OD’d on Fentanyl while resisting arrest.

Yeah well Derek didn’t kill George so it doesn’t count. If he had shot that rabid drug addict instead the union would have protected him and he’d have gotten off. He made a critical misstep
