For real though, as long as he is the only ELITE OT in the portal, he'd be stupid to commit anywhere. His price will only go up until another big time OT enters.

Based on how much money we spent retaining and bringing in new players. In addition to the fact it will be an all out bidding war I doubt we win this one. Although it would be a huge addition.

Saw on X that LSU is in the mix, but Texas is the front runner currently. LSU is bringing in a couple of other tackles for visits.

LSU can't afford to buy out Kelly.
LSU can't afford to pay Kiffin that much.
LSU can't compete in NIL with the top schools.

All I said was based on the massive amount of money we have spent I don’t know if we will win the bidding war this guy is going to command.

There’s video of him practicing at Miami with their players this past offseason. Miami knows the guy is a stud. Needs to get better on run blocking but that’s a coaching issue. His pass blocking is elite level.
