Fat people simply don’t want to do the work. Had a relative ask me once how I stay in shape and how she could lose weight.
My response was make it a lifestyle. Sign up for a running group, reserve and commit for 6 months, and train to run a marathon. It’s just that easy and you gain more than weight loss. The eye rolls and laughter I got were unreal. I was dead serious. Why is that so hard?
Americans suck. Let’s face it. Walking a 5k your company sponsors then killing a 6 pack ain’t going to cut it and provides you nothing.

Yep. I’ve lost ~50 lbs on two separate occasions. Once after graduating and working for a few years and ballooning up. The second after Covid and life issues helped another balloon up. I have no sympathy for the lady that won’t do the work.
