I wish Chicken had a separate Rant for Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

I’m still in the recruiting / Kiffin / football phase as the Natty doesn’t kickoff until Monday night.
I support ALL LSU athletics but how nice it would be to understand the context of what people are griping about on the Rant. I had to google to find out apparently LSU played a basketball game against Kentucky and lost at the buzzer. Oh well that sucks. But it still doesn’t rain on my parade that we got Longstreet yesterday!
So why not have 3 separate boards? That way the round ballers can gripe with like minded folks and us stupid people can gripe about football year round.

atleast for basketball, i get annoyed with the mens and womens basketball posts. Most couldnt care less about those sports..if we are being honest.

It would be nice if threads could be 'tagged' with a specific sport. So you could filter out the things that don't interest you OR read them all at once like it is now. i.e. you can't locate a baseball thread during football season, so baseball fans have to hide in another corner of the site half of the year.

Men's basketball doesn't warrant much interest because the school and coaching staff have let the program drift into irrelevance. There was some activity last night just because they blew another game, this time an 18-point lead in the second half.
Otherwise, there are not enough threads on men's basketball on a daily basis to warrant a separate board. The interest isn't there right now.

Which is what I do. But 25 is my limit on the first page so if there’s 21 about something something someone McSomebody basketball, I only get 2 football threads without having to go to page 2. It’s super annoying. Sorry.
