Anyone know the deadline time today for entering the portal?

This year presents something new without the spring window. I feel like more guys will be pressured into entering now compared to this window last year because they know it's their last chance for the season and don't get a chance in spring to see where they fall in the depth chart.
So I'm curious when the time deadline is and if we see a massive rush right before (maybe even some of our players who haven't announced their return even though I think most did)
And then theres the 2 playoff teams left that could result in a few more added to the fold. Unheralded times we live in

I believe it is midnight tonight. Schools have 48 hours after a player informs them of their intentions to enter to submit the paperwork. So, names will continue to pop up even after it "closes".
Ole Miss will milk the clock down to the 48th hour.

It works both ways. I will breathe easier when portal closes and the remaining tigers are not in the portal. That will also big a big win for Lane in maintaining the capable performers as Tigers.

Also note that the portal time frame is just for current players that have not completed their degree. If a player graduated, they can enter the portal at any point as a graduate transfer, so there may be some movement throughout Spring and into the Summer even though it will be significantly less than now.

Miami and Indiana also get 5 days after their last game I believe (correct me if I am wrong). So they have all next week.

It may make sense for teams to have “silent commits” and hold off announcing the new additions until after the portal closes.

From my recollection, the by-laws specifically state “48 hours” from the time the player submits his paperwork to the compliance office. I don’t think there is a carve-out for business days.
Any players entering today would have to show up in the portal by Sunday.
