The one in CA has deep emotional ties... grew up going to games with family, sees how important it is, etc. He won't let it slip if he can help it.

LSU had the best Petroleum Engineering program in the 80s. Many of those graduates are now C-level at oil companies. Don't need to be a billionaire to contribute substantial $ toward NILSU. Just takes a few mega-millionaires to make things happen.
