According to longtime OM poster:
Trinidad Chambliss vs. NCAA has officially been filed in Lafayette County Chancery Court.
Also the NCAA appeal on his denial will be heard next week.
I expect him to be Ole Miss’ quarterback next season.

Bahahaha they’re so desperate!

He'd be better just going pro. Even if he goes back its a 6 win team.

So the appeal isn't final but the lawsuit was filed anyway? Seems kinda backwards, don't it?

He apparently didn’t get a good draft grade from scouts. He can make 6 million next yr at OM. He wouldn’t make that unless he was drafted in the 2nd round.

I don't think that'll change much with another year. Sanders all over again.

If I was Chambliss I would not have done this litigious stuff given I am trying to get the NFL to believe I have a good character and can be a trusted leader of a team.
This kind of stuff can also place doubt in NFL gm’s minds as to character.

Chancery courts in Mississippi are a joke and crap shoot. Like Forest Gump said, a box of chocolates. Look for some real home cooking to come out of this ordeal.

Only QB I’d take over him is Mendoza
He should go in the draft
He should go in the draft

Chambliss is getting the same bad advice the Nuss got.
What do the two have in common? Frank Wilson and Austin Thomas.

I suspect Ole Miss needs something to tell guys in the portal to give them hope that Chambliss will be back.

He'd get paid mega bucks though. However, the draft is so lacking for QBs that I can't understand why he wouldn't just go pro. He'd get drafted higher this year.

He’s taking a big risk to his NFL stock by trying to come back to Ole Miss.
New head coach and pretty much a completely new offensive staff. No guarantee he looks as good in a completely new system and his stock doesn’t have much room to get better from what he did this season.

After listening to the locked on OM episode from yesterday they are extremely confident if he returns they will do just as good next season if not better (the championship) and he will win heisman

With the Oregon QB backing out, this year's NFL QB stock is very low. He may never get as high in the draft as he is now, unless he's betting ob Golding and the "no Lane and Weiss" offense.

its hard to imagine his stock going up from here. it would be a shame to see him return to a mediocre team and fall in the draft relative to where he is today.

Without his former coaches his stock could drop and the QB crop sucks this draft. He should definitely go into the draft this year.

Who else would you draft over him?

This is true according to ESPN.
I hope he is successful…Kiffin will hire him too!
