Poor guy.

He’ll have Tom Brady in his corner, too.

He didn't look like a #1 pick tonight.

Man i honestly think Mendoza has the it factor. Seeing how smart he is and how hard he works, he will really have to not give a frick to not be a good qb at the nfl level. Humble. Hard working. Smart. Tom brady as his owner.

He’ll wash out like Mac Jones. But at least Mac Jones can say he played on the best, most dominant SEC team of the last 100 some odd years.

No turnovers, some high leverage completions late, and a 4th down TD run.
I didn’t want Indiana to win, either.

16 of 27 for 186, 6.9 YPA. 0 TDs but a rushing TD. That’s not a great game, not bad, but a very average game.

I think a lot of that is on the coaching and the inability to stop the Miami pass rush. They kept dropping him back in the pocket and he took a bunch of bad sacks. But he stepped up.

He will be a very highly paid color commentator for whatever network he wants. Every network that broadcasts college or NFL games will be after him after he spends a few years trying to make it in the NFL.

This is just lazy.

Remember, when your ST score a TD (like a blocked punt) your offense loses a possession so individual stats are somewhat suppressed.

Dude got knocked hard -- maybe missing some teeth and just played better.
