Yep.

Make the motherfrickers talk.

Easy to hide obstructionism when the mere threat stifles debate.

Even the most biased media would have to cover Dems actually holding the Senate floor for days to fight against spending cuts/lower taxes/no tranny surgeries.

That doesn’t inoculate us from the problem. If they pack SCOTUS now with X justices democrats, when they are in power, will respond by packing it with 2X+1.

So we can finally all agree that the judiciary is a joke and make it irrelevant.

I don’t agree with that. Remove the judiciary role in the balance of powers and American government would turn into a tyranny of the majority. Terrible take.

Because they're all part of the big scam. Term limits and full financials should be required

What’s the difference between tyranny of the majority and an extremist judiciary?

Because they’re complicit in the downfall of our republic.

You’re insufferable. We already live in a judicial tyranny.

Your implication that we have an extremest judiciary is way off base. We certainly have a few extremist judges, but our judiciary is very moderate.

When Biden was president his efforts to forgive student debt were repeatedly rebuffed by the courts. The democrats suffer court rebuffs just as the republicans do.
