He'll be coming off an injury, playing in a new system, and playing in the SEC. History says to take the under, but bet on a Heisman if he comes back for a 2nd season.

I think he’ll throw 25 in regular season and run for another 5. I see 30 total touchdowns, but hey I’ll take em however they come

Do you know how many QBs threw 30 or more TDs last season in the SEC? Zero.
Zero in 2025.
One in 2024.
One in 2023.
Two in 2022.
Three in 2021.
Two in 2020.
Two in 2019. Of course, one of them threw 60.
Two in 2018.
One in 2017.
Zero in 2016.
As an OC or HC, Lane Kiffin has had only one QB who threw 30 or more TDs.
. . Matt Barkley (USC) threw 39 TDs in 2011 and 36 TDs in 2012.
Yeah, during his six years at Ole Miss, Kiffin did not have a QB who threw 30 TDs in a season.
In his entire college career, Leavitt has thrown only 36 TDs.
Passing for 30 or more TDs in a season is hard.
I expect LSU to throw for 34 TDs in 2026.

Agree. I’d take the over on total TDs. Kid can run.
Idk about passing TDs though. Would probably take the under but Kiffin’s system you never know.
Lacy was a good runner between the tackles. But maybe Berry can catch a few and take em to the house help prop up those passing TDs.

Who did Lane pay more last season - Simmons or Chambliss?
Leavitt will have to lose the job but make no mistake, if either of the other two is demonstrably better, Lane will have no problem playing them.
