They don't have to "hunt them down". They have their home addresses and know everywhere they check in. At the end of the day ICE agents are just more trained Fed Gov monkeys looking to eat. When Trump 2.0 is done they will continue on being monkeys for the next person who signs their checks. We've greatly expanded the reach of Fed power, and Democrats should love that. They'll mostly pivot and use that force how they deem fit, and most of the monkeys will continue on because monkeys have to eat.
