I think people are missing the fact that she’s still in a state of shock. Her husband was murdered and she was thrust into the spotlight overnight as the new leader of the company and having to coordinate his memorial.
In private, I can imagine she is fighting her battles. It also likely hasn’t fully hit her quite yet that he’s gone.
