So he had been denied by ncaa, then appeal to ncaa denied and now the court with Miss. Judge denied him too?

You hate to see it. But more than that you love to see it.

No. He will file a lawsuit in Miss and the get an injunction and drag this out all season while he plays. Chambliss will be the Qb at Ole Miss next year.

Wild, all over X so much Ole Miss media thought it was in the bag because Mississippi Judge Yada Yada. So the judge told him no too?

I mean didnt he have a sore throat that gargling salt would make better and tried to get another yr based in that? They also tried to sprinkle in words like "during covid" blah blah....wild

this is what i thought. I took it to mean this 2/12 decision was what he was reporting on now. So last ncaa appeal was decided weeks ago right?

It’s crazy they would allow a judge who went there rule on it.

If that kid is betting his future on the TRO remaining in place until football season, he’s an idiot.

If overturned, he misses the CFB season and the NFL draft.

No, there was an application for a waiver a few weeks ago, then a request for more info from the NCAA, and then that original request was denied.

Ole Miss appealed, and this was the denial of that appeal.

Now Chamblis' lawyer has filed in court, and that will be heard on the 12th

I really don't know why he isn't going pro since there's such a weak QB class this year.

No kidding. If this is the way it goes, then the NCAA is even more irrelevant. Ole Miss will just get in front of an MS judge with season tickets, bama in front of a roll tide judge, etc.

I guess maybe the NCAA appeals and drags one case out to higher courts until a precedent is set.

What at sh*tshow.

If they let him play while it’s still in flux, the NCAA should 100% see the process through. If it’s ruled in his favor, good for him. If it isn’t ruled in his favor, Ole Miss forfeits all games he plays in this season.

Well, wouldn’t he run the risk of vacating wins if it ultimately turns out that he’s ineligible?

If he’s smart he goes to NFL this year. Very weak QB class this year. Next year is set to potentially be a stacked class
