My kid got it and was wrecked for Xmas week. I got some Rona and flu a/b at home test kits so I can just call our pcp for meds if one of us pops positive again.

I first felt it come on Monday afternoon. Got Xoflusa by 9:00 am Tuesday and finally by Noon today I’m starting to feel better. All other symptoms but not much fever.
I sympathize with folks who have chronic conditions where they feel like they’ve got the flu. It sucks.

I swear by Zicam.
I had that feeling in my chest like the flu was about to come on, took Zicam as instructed and felt better the next day.
