My employer is asking everyone to bring a dish associated with black culture for a potluck at work next week. This seems like a no win situation for all the whites that will result in a minimum 6 write ups. What should I bring?

If you can make some good white beans or red beans, you can easily make Hoppin' John.

Hoppin John

Stay away from any mac n cheese recipe, because we can't even fully agree which is the best. Some people use egg, some don't. It's too much.
