Gov. Gavin Newsom signed legislation to provide $90 million in one-time emergency funds for Planned Parenthood and other women's health providers. President Trump's tax bill cut off Medicaid funding to abortion providers across the U.S. in July.

He's a cheap bastard. May as well be 100 gazillion. Every single freaking state is dead arse broke and in more debt than they can possibly hope to pay off so what difference does it make if it's 90 million or 100 gazillion. This is Newsom doing what he does which is to pander to the Left and protecting "women" from the nasty republicans that want women barefoot and pregnant and pulled out of school by age 12. Newsom is a disingenuous a-hole that has brought my state to new lows never seen. God forbid he ever gets elected to the presidency.
