This entire story sounds like fiction.
The MSM telling sob stories playing in emotions of the weak minded.
My question is, Why didn't they seek asylum in Poland or Estonia? A country alot closer?
Why come to the US? Probably because of chinajoe, come one come all!
A Russian couple and their children sought asylum in the U.S. In a Texas detention center, they say they endured worms in the food and hours long waits for medicine.

Worms in their food. Guards shouting orders and snatching toys from small hands. Restless nights under fluorescent lights that never fully go dark. Hours in line for a single pill. “We left one tyranny and came to another kind of tyranny,” Nikita said in Russian. “Even in Russia, they don’t treat children like this.” NBC News spoke with the family over Zoom this week and reviewed their lawyer’s request for their release, as well as dozens of pages of medical records. For an hour and a half on the video call, Nikita, an engineer, and Oksana, a nurse, described how their months at Dilley have worn down their children — physically, emotionally and academically. Their two oldest sat behind them in a drab conference room, doodling or staring blankly at the screen. The preschooler wandered the room, swinging a thin plastic rod from a set of window blinds like a toy sword.

Yeah. The US is known to be so nasty that worms are often found in food.

You can never hate modern 'journalists' enough.

They will have to forgive me for not caring when the media refused to cover all of the American victims who have been raped and murdered as a result of the Biden-Harris open border policies.

Must be Russians of the brown kind.

So, we like Russians now?

That is certainly one way to shut down Russians seeking asylum in the US. I certainly wish more Russian or Latvian women would seek asylum in the US. Outstanding breed stock.

Maybe that’s because they are actual Russian citizens in Russia and not there illegally

With those credentials, they should have applied for citizenship the right way.

I voted for this. Let Boris and Natasha go hunt moose and squirrel in Siberia if they don’t like it.

NBCPravda isn’t going to get too far with their radical Dem base by playing up the alleged mistreatment of white Russians.

LOL...they definitely plan on voting democrat. They are bringing their victim mentality with them. Dems won't even have to train them.

So people have to wait for hours for their free medical care that is better than what they would get in Russia.
And they complain that the free Healthcare is not quick and convenient.
They chose to sit in detention rather than go home.
They were given the option of going back to Russia but chose to sit in detention.
So their choice was sir in detention or go back to Russia. Their chance of being granted amnesty or anything is tiny.
But the democrats and media will make them stars if they just take the suffering.
All the way around ville behavior.

They should have immediately asked to go back to Russia so they would have had a better opportunity.
