This has been PROVEN for many decades now. Law abiding citizens with guns save lives. It is sad anyone is dumb enough to think otherwise.

I bet if they eventually see that inter gang violence really hasn't been reduced and it is only random victims less likely to die, they will call the policy racist. (or more than they already call it racist)

I think what you say is likely the case, but the drop in violent crime in Louisiana coincides with a nationwide drop that has nothing to do with constitutional carry.

Wouldn't the drop in LA (especially NO) be a significant marker for the down drop nationwide?

I don’t know what that means. My point is that if violent crime dropped 25% nationwide, and also 25% in LA, then I would assume there was nothing special about the LA drop but that it was caused by whatever caused the nationwide drop.

But murders didn't skyrocket after constitutional carry was passed. We were assured by Libs all over the country that this would lead to more murders.
But we both know today's Libs are the dumbest people who have ever existed. Not hyperbole.

I saw lots of posters here claim that liberals said this but I never actually saw this argument. Maybe I missed those rage bait tweets that were posted here.
I think reasonable people thought it was irrelevant. Law abiding citizens already follow gun laws. People who disregard guns laws will still disregard gun laws.

Then why did laws against it exist? Why are Democrats fighting against these laws, making it easier for people to conceal carry?
