How many missles can Iran have left?

They haven’t fired that many. Probably still have half their stock left, minus whatever has been destroyed.
Their biggest issue now is probably protecting the launchers they have left, and the crews that aren’t dead yet.

They probably have a shite ton of drones, too. They've been supplying Russia with drones for use in Ukraine, so maybe that's depleted their stockpiles some.

I know they had a substantial stockpile but one would think many have been launched and many have been destroyed. US intel needs to monitor any ground, air or sea traffic coming into Iran, I don't trust the CCP or Russia, they may try to back fill Iran's depleted missile stockpile with some outside weaponry.

I think it was brought up on the President's Daily Brief podcast (ex CIA guy Mike Baker), that this was part of the ruse the Israelis and US pulled at the beginning of this. Israel scrambles to make an attack look inbound, which caused IRGC ADA to go super active (that's the technical term, lol) and for launchers to move out of revetments and tunnels to prepare to retaliate.
Except we had F-22s in Iran absorbing all the frequencies, location data, and whatnot, enabling exact targeting to be planned for I presume, Tomahawk strikes. I didn't realize we'd upgraded them to be able to loiter to strike simultaneously is just... hell yeah.
