I was actively negotiating with MMA guys on a Friday. Had double digit cases verbally settled. Entire staff resigns on Saturday. Had to rework every single case with new counsel or pro se litigants. Was an absolute nightmare.
They (Brandner's ex and the MMA guy) started their own firm. As far as I know, they are very much still not out of the woods from the MMA stuff. Another guy who worked there was fresh out of law school. Addressed everything head on, took it on the chin, and got a 6 month suspension + some fines. He's now doing great.
Reynaud and Aromi (Brandner ex and new husband) I believe have just denied everything and are still fighting. Likely won't end well for them.

Yep, he’s a complete scum bag. But then again MMA looked for a certain type, glaring lack of morals and arrogance . The leadership there are world class pieces of shite beyond our comprehension.
