I think his weight's seriously a problem and he looks like shite in all phases of the game.
He needs to sit IMO. I'd much rather see more of Simpson or even Braun there.

There is a reason he was at Grand Canyon before this. He’s going to struggle even more seeing SEC pitching.

I feel like if you're going to weigh basically 300 lbs, you need to be constantly hitting the piss out of the ball.

The level of baseball he was used to playing is a lot different than where he’s at now I don’t think he’ll ever adjust.

I don’t think the transition from Grand Canyon is necessarily the issue - in terms of readiness for a jump in competition, Jacob Wilson was drafted out of there in 2023 and was an all-star by 2025.
