If he doesn't sign it, it becomes law after 10 days. If he vetoes it, a 2/3 majority in each house overrides the veto....and since it already passed both houses unanimously...

Israel-first aside, this statute seems like it creates an evidentiary nightmare for civil courts. This essentially creates an action for replevin for items alleged to have been stolen over 80 years ago.

My family lost a sugar and cotton plantation and a couple riverboats and had 6 members killed on our own riverboat on the Ms River by a Union blockade during the war of Northern Aggression. I demand compensation for that
