So here's the story:
Flip the script. If any man did this to a teenage girl, the girl's dad would be over there to beat the guy or worse. He would be considered a rapist.
ETA: my point is that this behavior is not acceptable in any situation. She should be charged the same as any man who performed the same action.

Much more the angle that she took the first photo than anything.
Anytime you see a female take a photo from a high angle like that it's an immediate red flag.
