I try my best to play dumb, and I'm also perfectly fine at laughing at myself when I realize I'm not playing.
I've got the most complicated job where I work, and some days I'm not very good at it.
I've got 3 college degrees, AS, BS, MBA, but do a blue collar job.
No one really takes me serious until some engineering type realizes I'm not a dumbass all the time. I am okay with that.

Id be pretty serous about watching my nuts around a bunch of juvenile delinquent squirrels. 
But to answer the question, "not very".
I went through a few years where I didn't laugh much at all.

I enjoy laughing at myself as much if not more than laughing at others. If you can't laugh at yourself in life then you probably got a good sense of insecurity.
