Football
Men's and Women's Basketball
The SEC needs to step up their game in all of these.

They will always have the most money

Sec talking money like they were t handing it out before anyone else could.
Side note: where does LSU get all this money? What they’re spending doesn’t make sense

The traditional Big 10 powerhouse that is UCLA!!

I don’t think anyone cares about women’s basketball and very few even think of UCLA as “Big10”.
But Michigan and Indiana, two core Big 10 teams, won titles on basketball and football in same academic year. First time that has happened for the Big 10 since 1960. In 1960 Ohio State and Minnesota won.
If anything it highlights how inept the conference has been to go that long without getting both in the same year.

And soccer!
Sorry, had to beat my chest as my alma mater finally won a men’s championship in a sport other than football or rowboat.

Raising Canes are now open in Oregon…

The Big 10 has a larger collective brain capacity than the SEC when we put the big cigars from each on the balance scale and zoom out.

Which SEC teams will win baseball and softball?

Making it more memorable, if you had said prior to this year that it would be Indiana in football and Michigan in basketball (not the other way around), people would have said you were crazy as hell.

The funny part is them acting like this is because of NIL.
Like a conference full of pedo and other sexual scandals was above paying players under the table.
It’s more like this stuff goes in cycles and the sec was down in coaches in some sports and basketball is pretty random because of the tournament

I really want to like UCLA baseball, what they’re doing is incredible. 29-2 against a pretty strong schedule, haven’t lost since February. Wire to wire number 1 in the polls and number 1 in RPI
But if they win it all the Big Ten nut huggers will never let us Southerners hear the end of it. I don’t mean this in a disrespectful way but I’d sooner consider UCLA baseball a Big West program than I would a Big Ten program. No way they actually wanted to be a part of Big Ten baseball, football forced them to be there.

NIL and transfer portal marked the end of SEC dominance across college sports. The fertile recruiting landscape in the South is no longer the advantage it once was.

Why do you think NIL was agreed to, you think some idiot judge passed that because it was fair or legal?

Regarding football, they've won 3* in a row for football.
Wake me up when they get to 7 in a row (by 4 different teams) or 13/20.
* Michigan cheated their asses off. I've never seen a program stoop to that level as going in disguise and filming opponents.
Regarding basketball, that was their first title in what ... 26 years?
The SEC has what...4 during that time span?

SEC teams are still trying to recruit and develop players. You don't win anymore with 18 year old 5* recruits you win with 23 and 24 year old grown men.
