Jameson 12 year is my favorite, about $40 for a fifth.

Woodford is a good bourbon. My favorite is a Canadian called Pendleton.

Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr...smooth and wheated so it's not spicy like bourbons using rye

I had Bookers the other day for the first time. Very good...
For sipping I like Woodford or Makers..
For mixing, I like good ol' Crown..

Glenfiddich is pretty smooth. Though my preference is for a real smoky scotch. Like an Oban 10.

I don't always drink whiskey, but when I do, I prefer Old Charter. Not so much for the smoothness, more so cause its 30 bucks a handle.

As in drink straight? The smoothest is absolutely Bushmills. This is what we drank when we went climbing and had no mixers or ice.
I drink Makers or another bourbon usually.

Woodford's Reserve easily.
I have most of them at home or have tried most of these, but to me the smoothest is still Woodford's Reserve.

old rip is pretty good.... depending on how much flavor you want Basil Hayden's is rather tasty just a little light.... makers is too damn sweet, although they have something new out now. Bakers isn't bad. Blanton's is pretty good right at the $50 mark.... I have a bottle of Bookers thats good, but man you have to ice/water it, cause its pretty strong, but the flavor is great. Also, while at the casino i do crown reserve on the rocks and its not bad at all... its cheaper to drink this than beer..
