Roster Outlook After Cuts

Kinda the reverse of the cuts, who is here and who is in the running for the remaining spots...
I've got 45 surefire spots taken. I added Roby since he was named a ST captain. Will Smith won't count as a spot until Week 3 so take him off your calculations.
That leaves 8 spots to fill. Here's the likelihood for filling them...
TE- only Higgins is left. They liked his camp a lot. Either he is #3 or they're gonna pick up someone from somewhere else.
FB- It had been rumored they were keeping two. Looks probable now with Collins and Hall.
DT- I was leery of someone taking Johnson or King if they tried to PS them. Johnson was sought after by several teams after leaving the CFL. Good chance they both stick now(5 DTs). I think Johnson was a guy Payton was talking about when saying they were gonna hafta judge some guys on projections.
Those 4 or 5 look pretty strong. That gets to a final 3 or 4. Here's who's left...
de la Puente- he played great with the 1s against Oakland. With Foster & Black cut I only see our O-line starters + Tennant & Brown. Gotta think one more O-liner.
Arrington- could stay after all as a #5WR. Roby is really only a gunner/KR.
Clint Ingram- GW has some history with him. Like last year it prolly comes down to more of a medical evaluation than game play.
FS- I see no credible FS behind Jenkins. Torrence took some practice reps for the first time there ever. Looks more likely for Sharper's return now. I still think they'll do it after Week 1 tho. That means maybe Lambert or Abdul-Quddus might stay a week.
The rest look like Practice Squad hopefuls-
Canfield
Cecil Newton
Ramon Humber
Andy Tanner
Swanson Miller
Kyle Nelson

Not a fan of King. And De la Puente sucks.
Interesting to see what they will do at OT, TE and FS.

I like Kings hustle. Didn't De la Puente get blown up on that Canfield safety?
Oh, and blues, we can go after other players that will be let go from other teams rosters. We don't have to settle for the camp players we have.

How can you not like Mamas Boy? I actually like Swanson Miller better.

I really like Swanson...I hope they keep him around. I also thought Billings made some nice plays but I guess he wasn't eligible for PS.

some good for Billings but the errors prolly outweigh them critically. The ball hitting his chest and becoming a turnover was huge. I can remember two other out in the open plain drops too.
Even more surprising was Humphrey. With the penalty and loose ball security they might be making the statement "We keep who plays best." even more emphatic.

Abdul-Quddus tweeted- Man God is great. This is a blessing #WHODAT!!!
AQ for a week at least it looks like. Still thinking Sharper after the season starts.

Try to slip mamma's boy to PS or 5 DTs?
Bussey waived makes Ingram look more likely

I knew he would be. I seriously think out interior push is gonna be more critical then our outside pass rush. I don't want pockets for qbs to step up into. We need a nice rotation to achieve that.
