Trump has shown this is clearly not the case.
The DNC has tied themselves to the rich liberals on the coasts and SJWs. They can't hold on to the unions in the rust belt. That is the GOP future. Blacks will come or they won't, but the DNC may be locked into black candidates to get the Obama levels of turnout, which will alienate white working class people even more.
It's the mississippi effect.

If Trump doesn't win today, then there will never be another white male elected POTUS (unless he's gay or tranny).
If the Republicans want to survive, they will begin reaching out to illegals. The illegals are the future of the country (look at the demographics). They breed like rabbits.

It will happen in the election following major bloodshed on our soil again. It will take true fear and anger from the majority of voters and the belief that safety cannot be provided by the dems to have another republican elected as POTUS.
