For the stiff arm that put him on his behind? He had poor technique on that one...went high and didnt wrap up. More of an ego bruise than a physical one.

Still love the kid and wish him the best at the next level.

He made enough good plays that they will get on him good.

White on the other hand, damn what happened there?

I saw him get put on his arse twice in similar fashion, by the same guy.
I'm sure they laughed with him. It happens.

Adams was EVERYWHERE last night. Fans are typically the only ones who get hung up on these "posterizing" plays. His teammates know how good he is and how good he was in that game.

Tre White on the other hand... He may be getting some heat.

Yeah. Adams got the stop, but he was coming in at an angle and the RB had a full head of steam. Was just physics and Adams did everything he needed to do, so I don't see why everyone kept making a big deal about it.

Taking some slack I am sure but the thought of losing him after this season sucks. He is a special player and plays 100 % every play

He'll get teased a little, but He's an all American in my book

My guess is they played it a few times in the film room and are giving him shite about it...especially after a blow out win. We did that in high school and we only had one camera...I can imagine them watching it at 3 different angles

He showed growth in that instance. He knows he may be the last line of defense and rather than going for the big hit like we're used to seeing from him where he doesn't wrap up and occasionally has the runner maintain his balance and continue on often for a big gain, he chose the other option whereby obsorbing the impact allowing himself to remain in contact with the runner enabling himself to grab a hold and pull the runner to the ground. It's not glamorous or "badass" but highly effective.

Maybe a laugh or two, but nothing like the Ole Miss or the Auburn football players after the Fournette punishment.

I'll say this, Adams will be a millionaire pretty damn soon regardless of those two moments.

That was kinda funny. Looked like he let up. Almost Deion Sanders "Business Decision" kind of play.

ever been in a football locker room?
or actually around any group of guys?

don't care how good or amazing your entire life is, you do ONE things that gives them ammo to frick with you and they will jump on it like rabid dogs.

so i'm quite confident he will absolutely hear some smack when the film of that play gets shown to the team.
