A coworker said if they learned one thing in college, it was to cheat.

That really bummed me out. I never cheated a day in my life.

I know it was fairly common. I know the fraternities and sororities shared tests and I remembered hearing about several classes where over 100 students were busted.

I just couldn't ever do that,

But yes, I have.

No, I paid a lot of money to be there and learn the material, I would have been just cheating myself.

I'm not sure if it is commendable. I definitely didn't put the work in to get the grades I was capable (frick Spanish class) but they were mine.

I was taking an Econ final in Lockett on time and was suddenly grabbed with an overwhelming and unstoppable urge to shite. I staggered up to the front where the teacher, who also happened to be the Acting Dean of the business school, was sitting. I was sure he would think I wanted to go look at some notes, but I guess the unmistakeable look of pain on my face was enough. He let me go and come back and finish the test.

Dr Lamar Jones was a cool cat.

Actively misrepresented what you knew for academic gain in a graded assignment.

I'm sure I got bumped up a grade a few times because i was active in class and went to study hours and shite. But that wasn't anything I did dishonestly

Usually when I felt really lazy I would just use solutions manual for homework assignments, but I always learned the material the right way right before tests.

It may make you feel better to believe this, but you couldn't be more wrong.

Yes. Then I ditched my cheat sheets inside the desk of some guy well known for being a sarcastic dick to other students. He then got busted for "cheating" by the student sitting in his desk the next period. Sweet, sweet justice.

High school, yes. College, no. Too much money, I would get nervous, felt guilty.

Does Adderall count as cheating?

How about writing a formula on your hand or leg?

I cheated on a calculus final once in college. I suck arse at math was desperate and needed a 75 to pass the class. It was pass or bust.

I knew the professor doesn't monitor the students very diligently during tests so I sat in the very back of the classroom, made sure enough of my fellow students obstructed the professors view of me and my lower body in the desk, whipped my phone out and used some good apps and some calculator tricks to solve about 30 questions out of 45 on the final, the rest I could do on my own through what I did know.

Once I figured out that I had a 95 overall final grade, I changed some answers around to make it look less obvious like I cheated so I got an 85.

I was done with math forever after this class and my job has no major requirement for it thank god.

Cheating is a simple act of physics and the laws of motion and that is anything and everything will always take the path of least resistance.

Had some classes where it was easy. Not really cheating always, more like learning the system and studying to crack it.

Like getting an old test, seeing how the questions are formatted and making sure to study for the main topics. That was always easy to do. Some teachers even posted old tests.

Though my favorite classes were the most challenging ones.
