Frequent dizziness spells: What's wrong with me?

Lately (past 2 months give or take) I have been getting dizzy when I stand up from a sitting or crouching position. It's that common "head rush" feeling I used to get from time to time growing up, but now it's every day and more intense. Anybody experience anything like this?

Try to relax when you're on the pot. Forcing it is going to cause all kinds of problems.

Blood pressure most likely. If not that, it could be anxiety/depression. Dizziness is one of the hardest things to diagnose.

You could have manerize disease, would make sure you get it checked out!

Could be a form of Syncope or Low BP. Just bring it up to your doc.

i take blood pressure meds (i know, fat), but I've been taking them for over a year now. Think that could be a cause?
