No one under the age of 30 gives a flying frick. We are 5-2, and we look like a playoff contending team. Please stop giving attention to this BS.

You wanna talk politics, go to O-T. This is one of the few forums I've found that isnt half bad. Dont ruin it with dumb BS that has long overstayed its welcome.

I really don't understand the boycott stance. Sure it might hurt the NFL but 1) it changes nothing and 2) you're really only hurting yourself by missing out on a great season.
I'm a firm believer in controlling the things that you can control and saying the hell with the rest of it and letting the chips fall where they fall.
I can't control whether or not a pro athlete stands or kneels during the national anthem. I can, however, control myself. I'm not gonna let the actions of others take football away from me.
We only get football from September till February every year and I sure as hell am not gonna miss any of it because my panties are in a bunch over some protest that won't change anything anyway.
The other hypocrisy of the boycotters is that the saints DONT KNEEL DURING THE ANTHEM so any of you baws trying to claim they are disrespecting the flag or the country are full of shite. They kneel BEFORE the anthem and STAND during the anthem so you're basically saying your mad that black guys have a platform to show the world their opinion.
Let me also state that I could not care less about whatever broken cause these guys are kneeling for, but I sure as hell am not gonna let a harmless protest ruin my Sundays.
Last thing, by boycotting and constantly being angry about the protests, you are giving power to their protest. If everyone would just go about their business and ignore the shite then this stuff will die out and we could get back to enjoying football.

I am sure about that. Unless you are an NFL team owner then you can't control a thing.
Do you think any player that knelt is standing now because he thought to himself that the league will suffer if these white folks boycott? Absolutely not. They are standing either because the owner of their team has demanded it OR because the only reason they knelt in the first place was because trump told them not to and they never really cared about the protest as whole in the first place.
