They just showed LSU highlights on the Florida St game and said we are going to be a team to be reckoned with. Nah Herbie too late the train has left. I still like herbie though.

I was confused all year on how every "expert" can just forget how loaded our defense is. If you have a defense like ours, that said team will be pretty damn good. End of story.

I couldn't understand how EVERYBODY was picking Miami.. and I do mean everyone on TV/media..

Nah. Last year he said we were going to be trash. He actually said we were going to lose the Miss State game. I don’t believe he’s very high on CEO. But what else is new.
Kerb and the boys like to party in NO & BR. Gameday is probably going to be at LSU this year.

The bowl loss seems to have had a big impact for those folks. LSU will have to work through that image.

Herbie has always been pretty fair to LSU when LSU deserves it.

Very disappointed in local guys. They re-reported national perspective rather than using their own eyeballs.

Herbie told van pelt that it was like a video game where LSU pushed the turbo button while miami didn’t have a cheat sheet. He also talked well about burrow and that he can be the difference maker for us this year.

Herbie is very objective based on what he knows.
It was not crazy to think LSU could take a step back this year. It was absolutely reasonable based on public knowledge. But others are correct in that there is no way for the national media to dig very deep into each team.
