Penile enlargement surgery where they injected fat into the penis to make it thicker was comical - the fat would migrate so all someone would end up with was a lumpy penis.

Years ago, a secretary who worked for me took a two week vacation (during which time she got some new tits). She showed them to everyone who wanted to see them. The surgeon did a nice job, FWIW.

Had a secretary do that at an office where I used to work and she came back the first day (after a week off) in a tight shirt standing and sitting straighter than she had ever stood before. There were a couple "What do you think?" questions, which MUST be answered, "You look fabulous," without getting specific.
Strange thing, the effect on her. If she wad walked upright and taken the care she took after the surgery, she would have been just as outwardly attractive before the surgery. Nevertheless, it boosted her self-image, made her feel better about herself, so it was the right decision for her.

went through a phase where I work of girls getting boob jobs, it was great because they wanted to show those new boobs off when they got them, they'd show them to us, let us play with them, it was awesome, don't see that going over too well these days
