And I'm telling you guys to calm the frick down.

He's not that bad - Payton will have a better set of plays to suit his talents (and Hill's talents) for these next 4-6 weeks.

We just need to win 2 of the next 5 games and we'll still be right in the thick of things in the NFC South.

Its going to be okay - I promise.

Teddy’s hesitation was pretty consistent and concerning.

Granted he didn’t get much help today. The team kinda shite the bed. Or maybe sharted the bed.

How many years does he need to "get it right"? I'm sorry, but with his previous experience and having been around for a good minute, it shouldn't be a matter of him not being ready to come right in. He is a professional, correct? I mean frick, the Eagles won a damn Superbowl with a backup. Why is it such a special case with TB?

So these new Teddy specific plays will magically give Teddy pocket awareness, cure his happy feet, teach him to look down the field, actually anticipate a WR being open before he makes his break, cause him to check down less and make him an accurate passer?

They weren't practiced and probably werent even on CSPs menu

The thing that makes zero sense is the no snaps for Hill at QB

I was defending teddy early on because the receivers were letting him down. Then, in the red zone, Mike Thomas had a 10 yard cushion on the DB pre snap. Ran a slant wide open for an easy Catch and possible score. Teddy mother fricking Bridgewater decides to throw an out route to a double covered Jared cook.

We are fricked sons......

I agree. He hasn't seen meaningful game action since 2015. There's going to be rust.

Now he's going to be practicing with the first team all week, and with more playing time the game will slow down for him. Seattle will be a tough out but we should be OK from there to the bye week.

If Drew’s out for the year, I bet Taysom starts after the bye week so Payton can see what he has. All of this assuming Bridgewater doesn’t catch fire and we’re in the playoff hunt.

He takes way too long to process and make a decision. That doesn’t work for this offense. Brees is great because he doesn’t wait to find open receiver. He processes quickly and throws to a spot where the receiver can catch the ball.

He was terrible... and I've been a TB defender

I've seen plenty of backups come in and give it a decent go, but TB looked lost. He completed BARELY 50% of his passes and in almost a full game he had 165 yards. That's shite, dude. shite. And it's not like the running game made up for it either. He was inaccurate, indecisive, and terrified.

We're fricked.

He was so bad today. Just like every preseason game that the excuse was he didn’t have starters playing. Yes the line will keep holding and giving up sacks. That’s what happens when the QB has no pocket awareness, holds on to the ball too long.

This fanbase has been spoiled by Brees.

Payton will have Bridgewater serviceable
