Can you give an accurate description of this person based on this evidence only?

I was in a gas station waiting in line to checkout.
-This person with 3 kids under the age of 10 casually walks in with tight spandex pants and short tank top that didn’t cover her stomach. Maybe 200lbs.
-Skips me and 3 or 4 others in line. (I say nothing because I’m a bitch.)
-gets scratch off tickets.
-tells kids to go get some more items
-ask cashier to check prices
-makes kids take some back
-still had change left so sends kids back to grab some cheap candy
-kids bring too many back to afford
-customer behind me gives them $1 to pay the 30 cents or so they needed. I think he was trying to hurry up the process. That backfired.
-asks cashier how many items of another type of candy they can get with rest of change
-cashier tells them how many and customer gets relatively loud while disagreeing with the price. Spends the rest of change on that candy
-no EBT card. Paid in cash and loose change
-after they left, another customer tells cashier that he saw the kids steal some candy during all that. (Another person like me that didn’t speak up) Cashier said he already knew that bc it’s a well known theft ploy run by this person and millions of others like them.
-not worth the hassle to confront over a few pieces of candy(doubt the owner would have been so forgiving)

-all 3 kids seemed to have a nickname. 2 had a nickname that repeats a name twice. Man-Man was one. Can’t recall the other two. Way-Way? possibly and then the other was a regular name in their community that I could probably never spell.
