I used to go to the original one in San Antonio in the mid 80s and the food was great. I went to one in 2007 and the food was not so great, but it was still better than Casa Olé'.

Its gone way downhill. And the menu is a bit bipolar. They need to go back to their roots

I used to consider TC to be the best Mexican fast food. I hear Taco Bueno took its crown.

I noticed they discontinued the green salsa lately. That was one of my favorite condiments at the salsa bar. Huge disappointment.

Nothing like leaving Taz Country at 2am and hitting Taco Cabana. Good times.

They had a lone one in San Diego in the 90s and it was awesome. The food was great, awesome bottle beers, outside seating, etc. The food quality has certainly devolved since then. I saw this one coming.

The real question is what is going to happen to the Dancing Frogs on the roof of the Lower Greenville taco Cabana.

Yea I've been to that one 2 times I think.
I'm still disappointed that Pollo Tropical closed down in Texas. Loved that place in Miami.
Same owners as Taco C.
Anyone know if these Taco C's were Pollo Tropcials then changed to Taco C now closing?
