Looks like we’ll all have to wear masks now.

I haven’t worn a mask yet and think it’s ridiculous. But the time has come where I’m sure I’ll have to wear one to get into a store I need to go to. I will be wearing mine as little as possible to get by. After checking out at each store my mask will be promptly removed. Good luck to all y’all who hate wearing them dealing with the Karens of the world. Karenness will surely intensify.

We ordered some washable ones on Amazon when they made them mandatory. My work has been giving out paper ones if you didn't have one. Sucks.

There's a good chance that if you'd all been wearing masks since the beginning, then you (the state) may not be in this position.
The same people complaining the most on my timeline about masks and their rights are now the ones bitching loudest about bars closing and the governor extending restrictions/mandating masks.
I live in a military community overseas so we really didn't have a choice to wear a mask or not. They've been mandated for months now. Our population is the size of Austin, Tx and we haven't had any new cases in weeks/months. Things are opening back up, schools are scheduled to start as usual, and life is somewhat getting back to normal.
The same people complaining the most on my timeline about masks and their rights are now the ones bitching loudest about bars closing and the governor extending restrictions/mandating masks.

My wife asked me to stop shaving just before the mandate hit Houston. I'm itching like crazy when I'm masked up.
