Little girl encouraged to eat some edibles by so called adults

I don’t know if any of the adults from the video was her mom but they encouraged her to take a bite of the edible as she kept licking it. You can hear the adult’s voice at the end of the video saying she ate the whole bag of hot fries except for three chips as she was knocked out in the car. WTF
