He has about 15 more tries where he can be really competitive if he's playing well. So about 6.5%.

He's easily got another 15 years to do it. Field is always smaller. He always plays well there just can't put all 4 rounds together. He'll do it eventually, the Masters always has the feel good stories come true (Tiger '19, Jack '86, Phil '04, even Sergio finally winning one)

Y’all want to give me those odds right now? I will put a hundo that he wins eventually if the odds are what y’all are saying.

When is the last time Rory won any tournament? Seems like it's been awhile

I wouldn't bet against him right now. He's relatively young and is a great golfer. He could pull a Phil and get his first later in his career and rip off a few. It's not likely he'll get more than one, but he has that kind of talent at his best. He's just slumping bad right now in general. It's not easy to bring it back.

Nov 2019. He won 4 times that year.

Some guys just don’t have the drive once they get 50-100mm in the bank. Can’t say I blame him.

I’d say he has about a 30-35% chance of winning one. He’s in a big funk right now, said he messed up his swing trying to keep up with Dechambeau’s drives (really dumb to say that for the media). But in a couple of months he’ll get his swing groove back and be ready to compete at Augusta again.

LOL, that's 2001 Tiger odds. I would say 5% max. You only get one try a year. You have to come in with form and hope no one else has the weeks of their life. Add that to his "demons" there and I'm not sure he can get it done.

Hell, he has to deal with Speith every year who's a horse for that course plus the rest of the field.

For any one year, sure.

But as others have said, Rory has 15 years or so of realistic chances to win this tournament. His game is pretty awful right now. But before this week, he had about 5 top 10s in the previous 6 Masters tournaments.

He hasn’t played Augusta well and I’m not sure if it fits his game like players such as Spieth, Reed JT. Rory’s wheelhouse is US Open style courses and typical bomb and gouge types

It’s hard to believe that it’s been 7 years since he’s won a Major. The 2014 PGA.

Rory doesn't have the wedge game to win at ANGC. Ever since he was dubbed the greatest driver of the golf ball, his wedge game has tailed off. He's a master of having 100 yards left on his approach shot and missing the green.
