Because they're allowed to have drivers licenses so they register them to vote while getting their license. The incompetence of the DMV spills over to the registrars office.

The answer to both is an illegal must simply declare an address in the district, sign the voting roster, demand a ballot in their home language, step in the booth and vote for amnesty. Simple really.

My wife isn't a Citizen yet,hopefully she will be by the next election.
I did get a voter registration for her,and we looked at it. There was a box on there,that you had to check,to attest that you were a Citizen and a rightful voter.If she was willing to check that box,she could have voted.
She wasn't willing to lie,but I guess many people are.

Just saw baw but Obama didn't actually tell illegals to vote he was talking about a legal citizen voting even though they may have illegal family here. I don't endorse Obama or illegals but I do endorse factual information.

In Texas, Where alot of illegal citizens live, if you have no Id, you fill out a "declaration form" basically saying you are who you say you are with proof of residency i.e. electric bill, etc. and you can vote.
