He does NOT have to win Florida to win the election. Yes it would help and if he didn't his path is very narrow, but even Ann Coulter (I know take it fwiw) does not have Trump winning Florida and still gets to 270+.
I'd be more concerned with Pennsylvania but once again, not a must.

Well, there ARE scenarios where he wins without Florida, but they are pretty ridiculous.

Neither has to win Florida. But a Hillary win in Florida bodes much better for her than a trump win in Florida does for him.

I think he needs to win Florida myself. This is the easier path anyway. Lose Florida and everything else has to go exactly right.

Hillary winning Florida has broader implications that make it virtually impossible for Trump to win. What happens in Florida is not a isolated... you can make conclusions about what's likely to happen in other states based on Florida.

Any moron can take away Florida and give him multiple states he is probably going to lose...
