It's a false argument. Are you ok for the state to receive funds from alternative use? at first you scream, Hell yeah" we need to get our share. All the while voting yes on the funding will be used by the climate hoaxers to say "see, they want alternative energy use"

My sentiments exactly. Not sure i even agree with the state having this money to begin with but at least if it's dedicated to coastal restoration it will be spent there instead of some pet project that benefits no one but a bunch of politicians.

On the surface the it seems like a decent concept, but in the end I defaulted with a no. Louisiana has a nasty habit of putting crap in the constitution that doesn't belong there.
